about Ryan J. Hagedorn

Ryan’s Journey

I’m Ryan J. Hagedorn, a Christian, patriot, and farmer who has chosen to make Missouri my home and my mission. My path to public service has been shaped by faith, hard work, and a deep belief in the strength of rural communities.

Growing up in Mount Prospect, Illinois, I learned early the importance of standing firm in my values. In high school, I proudly supported Donald Trump’s first presidential campaign, even when it meant standing alone. Football taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience — lessons that continue to guide me today.

My political journey began in Florida, where I worked tirelessly to help Governor Ron DeSantis win re‑election in 2022. I was promoted to County Captain in Walton County, and later served in Congressman Matt Gaetz’s district office. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into how government can serve — or fail — the people.

In 2023, I moved to Cedar County, Missouri, to farm and reconnect with family. Working the land grounded me in the values of hard work and community. But the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk in 2025 reignited my calling to serve. Inspired by his legacy, I am determined to fight for Missouri families, freedoms, and values.

Rooted in Faith, Driven to Serve

I am running to represent District 127 in the Missouri House of Representatives. At 25 years old, I bring the perspective of a new generation, grounded in faith, strengthened by farming, and committed to defending Missouri’s values.

I grew up in Mount Prospect, Illinois, in a conservative Republican household where faith and family shaped my character. In high school, I stood boldly for my beliefs, supporting Donald Trump’s first presidential campaign even when it meant standing against the crowd. Football taught me discipline, teamwork, and perseverance — lessons that continue to guide me.

My political journey began in Florida, where I worked to re‑elect Governor Ron DeSantis in 2022. My dedication earned me promotion to County Captain in Walton County. In 2023, I served in Congressman Matt Gaetz’s district office, gaining valuable experience in grassroots politics and constituent service.

Later that year, I moved to Cedar County, Missouri, to farm and reconnect with family. Working in livestock and animal husbandry grounded me in rural life and strengthened my commitment to protecting Missouri’s agricultural heritage.

The tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk in 2025 reignited my calling to serve. Inspired by his legacy, I felt the Lord’s call to fight for Missouri families, freedoms, and culture.

As your representative, I will stand tough on crime, secure our borders, lower taxes, and preserve Missouri’s way of life. My mission is simple: to serve with faith, courage, and unwavering dedication to the people of District 127.
